Then take your practice to the SUP!
A day on a stand-up paddle board at the lake will provide you with a fun opportunity to embody integration and expansion in a whole new way!
Awaken your four cores with spanda kriyā. Learn to teach the deeper aspects of the yoga āsana by cueing alignment principles that have been inspired by the Tantrik Traditions. Advanced anatomy & dynamic action provide practice and teaching tools for next-level inner power activation.
