FAQs

Questions?

I am an IPY STF. How do I access the discount code?
Hi friend! You must be a registered IPY STF to take advantage of free attendance or to access the discount code. Registration is EASY, though. Here is the link to make it happen:
Who will be at the Revival?
Some events at the Revival are open to everyone. It is specifically organized for Inner Power Yoga Graduates and STFs (student-teachers-friends). The weekend is a part of the Paramparā Mentorship Circle which is a yoga certification program. You do not have to be registered for the training in order to enjoy events throughout the weekend.
What should I bring?
The Barn is equipped with mats and props to support your practice: mats, blocks, bolsters, straps. Bring any personal gear that you prefer. Also bring the following:
1. a small object to add to our CommUnity altar.
2. a journal and writing utensil.
3. Your open, visionary heart.
Can I get CEUs from participation?
YES! When you attend workshops with R.R.Shakti, you qualify for Continuing Education Units with the Yoga Alliance. When you attend classes with Certified Inner Power Yoga teachers, it also counts towards IPY certification hours!
What if I have to cancel?
Because this is an intimate event with a VERY limited number of spots for attendance, we cannot offer a refund for cancelation. You CAN, however, sponsor someone to take your place at the Revival.

What is Inner Power Yoga?

"To me, Inner Power Yoga means unlocking what has been there the whole time. Our inner power is innate to us. We have it all, we just need the tools to be open to that.."

Drew P. | Bali
"Inner Power Yoga knows that expanding & contracting (like rooting & rising) are inseparable. Inner Power is spiritual but transcends religious dogma. Inner Power Yoga is an experience. It's difficult to grasp intellectually. As you all know, understanding comes from embodying the teaching, from living it, not from the words themselves. I truly believe however, that the words Inner Power go a long way towards describing the practice that Shakti brings"

Ingrid S. | Nebraska
"Inner Power Yoga is about acknowledging and understanding our human existence by rooting both into the earth and into our past in order to liberate ourselves from any delusion or attachments to what that might mean, so that we can open ourselves to our true potential."
