What is Inner Power Yoga?

"To me, Inner Power Yoga means unlocking what has been there the whole time. Our inner power is innate to us. We have it all, we just need the tools to be open to that.."

Drew P. | Bali
"Inner Power Yoga knows that expanding & contracting (like rooting & rising) are inseparable. Inner Power is spiritual but transcends religious dogma. Inner Power Yoga is an experience. It's difficult to grasp intellectually. As you all know, understanding comes from embodying the teaching, from living it, not from the words themselves. I truly believe however, that the words Inner Power go a long way towards describing the practice that Shakti brings"

Ingrid S. | Nebraska
"Inner Power Yoga is about acknowledging and understanding our human existence by rooting both into the earth and into our past in order to liberate ourselves from any delusion or attachments to what that might mean, so that we can open ourselves to our true potential."

Gretchen F. | Indiana
